Claude de Jongh (1605-1663) was a Dutch Golden Age painter, known for his detailed cityscapes, particularly views of London. He was a member of the Utrecht Guild of St Luke and is noted for his travels to England, with records of his presence there from 1625-1650. De Jongh’s style is closely related to the Haarlem school, influenced by painters like Esaias van de Velde and Jan van Goyen.
